Kenya Allen, MHA has over 15 years of healthcare operations and management experience in and around the Greater Boston area. Prior to joining CRCH, Kenya served as Sr. Regional Director of Operations at North East Behavioral Health and Regional Director of Operations for Sound Physicians. Kenya has also worked in outpatient practice management roles at Brigham and Women’s, overseeing a program for teenage mothers within the OB/GYN department, and Tufts Medical Center. Kenya has great experience managing call centers, process improvement, and budget management that will help CRCH improve our care experience in alignment with our strategic plan. Kenya also has personal experience with community health centers and is excited to work on-site with staff and patients in a community setting. Kenya earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from Cambridge College and a degree in Health Science from Lasell College in Newton, MA. Please join us in welcoming Kenya to CRCH!
