We’re pleased to announce that Eric Burton has joined CRCH as our Interim Chief Financial Officer. Eric has over 30 years of finance experience in the healthcare industry, including 15 years of experience working at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and 4 years working in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Prior to joining CRCH, Eric served as the CEO of the Adirondack Health Institute in Glens Falls, NY in a dual role as the Interim CEO at the Adirondacks ACO in Plattsburgh, NY. Eric has also served in leadership roles in several healthcare organizations in the Albany, NY area.
At CRCH, Eric has responsibility for the Finance department and related accounting, billing, and grants management functions. The Interim title reflects that Eric has agreed to serve in this role for a year. This was done intentionally so he can be an important bridge for the health center when the new CEO starts in the coming months, and will be a valuable resource for the new CEO.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate in Accounting from Siena College, and has served on the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations and associations. He was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the Albany Business Review.
