CRCH has completed its patient satisfaction survey for the fourth quarter of 2016. The survey was conducted in the medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision departments, and the surveys were completed English, Spanish or Portuguese, to suit the needs of our patients.
CRCH’s patient responses are on par with the relevant benchmarks, as we continue with our data collection efforts and to utilize it to help improve the quality of care. We are encouraged by the favorable responses that we have received from our patients regarding the likelihood on their returning to the center for care, and likelihood on them recommending us to their friends or family members. We greatly value the feedback that our patients have shared with us, and we will use the information to continually improve the way that we deliver care.
