Charles River Community Health, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and JAHAN Women and Youth Intercultural will be offering a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the CRCH Waltham site on Saturday, April 23 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
The Clinic is open to ALL community members age 5 and older. No appointment, insurance or ID required. We’ll be offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and interpretation services will be available.
You can receive a $25 LYFT voucher for transportation to the Waltham clinic by emailing JAHANWYI@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of the date of the clinic. Unfortunately, we are not able to process requests for transportation vouchers on the day of the clinic.
